A soda fountain beverage which is rapidly coming into popular favor is grape juice, and the unfermented juice which we offer to our customers is recommended as unequaled for the purpose. This strictly pure juice has been expressed from table grapes steamed before pressing, and is preserved by sterilization, the true, rich aroma of the grape being thus retained. It is guaranteed to keep from two to three weeks after opening, if in a cool place. It is absolutely free from chemicals, and for use in grape phosphate at the soda fountain is unequaled. A tartaric acid solution is advised for use in grape phosphate instead of acid phosphate or other solutions used in place of the latter. As it contains no alcohol, American Grape Juice can be freely sold at the counter, either pure or diluted with cold soda water or plain ice water. It is a most healthful, delicious, and nourishing beverage, a delicate liquid food, keenly relished, and readily assimilated without taxing the digestive organs. This juice is prescribed by eminent physicians for the sick and convalescent.
