Innovation Workboard

The workboards indicated in cuts represent practical arrangement and give ample room for two dispensers to operate. The designs show ice cream cabinets, which may be three or five-gallon capacity, conveniently located. THE MODERN WORKBOARD.

An additional cream packer for brick cream may be added at the end of the of the board, if desired. Water basins and drainboards, together with chipped ice and bottle space are practically arranged. A smaller compartment for ice cream spoons and tumbler washer can be provided. The workboard should be equipped with brass towel rail, and can also have lemon slides, slop chutes, and the minor appurtenances necessary. This board is a beauty, built of German Silver. It would naturally be expensive, but very durable, cleanly, and, like all things substantial and good, the most economical in the long run, as there would be but little labor required to keep it clean and in order, and in addition it would be practically indestructible. One of the great advantages of the Innovation Fountain is that it has such a practical workboard with ice cream cabinets and tumbler washers and all conveniences built into the apparatus.
