Pineapple Syrup (II)

Siberian Flip.

Acid Phosphate, from essence bottle Angostura Bitters, from essence bottle 1½ tumblerful I ounce I ounce I dram 2 drops Shake well, and fill glass with soda water. Add a very thin slice of orange and pineapple, and serve with two straws in a 12-ounce glass. Silverade.

Same as Goldenade, using white of egg instead of yolk. Silver Standard.

White of 1 egg, 1/2 ounces and fill glass with pure milk.

Catawba syrup, 4 glass cracked ice. Shake Shake again, and serve in thin glass.

Soda Cocktail.

Four drams lemon syrup, I dram lemon juice, I dram angostura bitters, fill with coarse stream and add teaspoonful powdered sugar. Soda Foam (Liquid)-American. (See also Foam.) Mix thoroughly 1/2 ounce or more in each gallon of flavored syrup, according to the amount of foam desired. Soda Lemonade.
