1/2 cup milk 1 1/3 cups bread flour 21/2 tablespoons Argo or Kingsford's Cornstarch 2 teaspoons baking powder Put all the ingredients in a bowl and beat until bubbly. Transfer to cup cake pans lightly rubbed with Mazola, sprinkle with desiccated cocoanut and bake in a moderately hot oven, 350 to 375 degrees F. until done--about twenty-five minutes.
