Rose Drops

Three and one-half cups flour, one and one-half cups sugar, one-half cup butter, five eggs, yolks and whites beaten separately, three tablespoons sweet cream, two of rose water, two teaspoonfuls of baking powder. Drop on buttered tins and when partly baked, sprinkle sugar over them. Any other flavoring can be substituted.
