Strawberry Tapioca

Soak half a cupful of tapioca over night. Place half of it in a deep pudding dish and sprinkle with sugar. Then put a layer of a pint of strawberries, the rest of the tapioca and another layer of strawberries, sprinkling each layer with sugar. Fill the dish full of sugar and bake until clear. Serve cold with cream and sugar. in
