POTATO PUDDING (another way) (Take a few potatoes boil them)

Take a few potatoes, boil them well, and mash them fine with a little milk; then sweeten to taste, and press into a pie-dish. Beat one egg, and lay it on the top of the pudding with a little grated nutmeg. Bake for half an hour.
