Dressing For Baked Fish

1 cupful bread crumbs; 1/4 cupful melted butter; 1 teaspoonful of minced parsley, capers, pickles, and olives; 1/2 teaspoonful minced onion; 1 teaspoonful lemon juice or vinegar; salt and pepper and Worcestershire may be added if so desired.

For the Modern Kitchen

An ingredient list rather than a method: everything is simply chopped fine and tossed with the crumbs and melted butter, then packed into the cavity of a whole fish before baking. The quantities make roughly a cupful, enough for a 3 to 4 lb fish.
