Cocoanut Filling

⅓ cup Five Roses flour ½ cup sugar 1 cup boiling milk.

Mix egg, flour and sugar together.

Put in the boiling milk and boil until it thickens, stirring all the time. Use flavouring to taste and 1 tablespoon of shredded cocoanut.
