Maple Cream Pudding

1 pint milk 2 tablespoons cornstarch ½ teaspoon salt 2 eggs ¾ cup brown sugar.

Heat the milk, and when it comes to a boil thicken with cornstarch and eggs.

Brown sugar in frying pan, then add the cream, beating all the time to prevent lumps. When sugar is all dissolved, pour in mould. Serve with whipped cream.
