Sunshine Cake
Whites of 7 eggs beaten to a stiff froth with ½ teaspoon cream of tartar. Add 1 cup sugar, yolks of 5 eggs well beaten, 1 cup Five Roses flour and 1 teaspoon flavoring. Bake in a loaf.
