Lactiola Dressing

Pinch of cayenne 1 C milk ½ C vinegar 3 eggs Heat butter in pan add flour and stir until smooth. Then add milk and boil. Beat eggs, salt, pepper, sugar and mustard together and add vinegar, mix with boiling mixture and stir until it thickens like soft custard.
