by agitation or percolation, and add fruit acid, I ounce. Mix and strain.

Cherry Cocktail.

Into a phosphate or champagne glass draw 1/2 ounce each of American Claret and American Red Cherry Syrup. Add a little shaved ice, a dash of and American Red Cherry Syrup. Add a little shaved ice, a dash of phosphate and a dash of angostura bitters. Stick an American Maraschino Cherry on the end of a wooden toothpick and float in the glass. Customer drinks, then eats cherry by the aid of the toothpick. If you use cherry phosphate syrup made from American Cherry Phosphate Extract you will not need claret syrup or bitters. Make up a gallon of cherry phosphate syrup by mixing one pint American Cherry Phosphate Extract with one gallon plain syrup; this makes an absolutely unique cherry phosphate, and is one of our best sellers. Draw an ounce in a mineral glass, fill with solid soda, stick an American Maraschino Cherry on a wooden toothpick and drop in the glass. Customer enjoys the drink and finishes by eating the cherry off the end of the toothpick, and goes away pleased. Cherry Cream.
