Ginger Cordial (Mix I quart of any of above)

Mix I quart of any of above concentrated syrups with 3 to 5 quarts of simple syrup. Agitate thoroughly.

These syrups are so strong that they will mix one part to six of syrup and make good flavors, but as we believe the best soda means the best trade, we recommend proportions of i to 3.

American Crushed Fruit.

Mix one part of fruit with two parts heavy, simple syrup, and dispense from bowl on counter. Use a ladle to serve the fruit. These fruits are . finely crushed. Put up in full measure half-gallon jars.
