Chocolate Mint.
Good.
Draw 2 ounces of American Chocolate Syrup into a glass, add a couple of sprigs of field mint, 1/2 ounce American Crême de Menthe Syrup, add ice cream, and draw fine and coarse stream to fill glass. American Orange and Grape are very fine served with mint, but when served a little shaved ice should be used in place of the ice cream, and a dash of phosphate added.
Chocolate Puff.
Mixing glass, 2 ounces plain, sweet cream, add the white of 1 egg, whip with a bar spoon until it is well whipped, add 1/2 ounces chocolate syrup, transfer into shaker and add soda from both streams; then pour from shaker to 12-ounce glass and serve without straws.
Chocolate Punch.
This is a Great Success at one of the Largest Fountains of the South.
