American Fruit Acid.

American Soda Foam, if desired Chocolate Boshea.# I quart 3 quarts I ounce 1½ ounce One and a half ounces chocolate, plain cream, 2 spoonfuls malted milk, small amount ice cream, I beaten egg; shake well, strain and serve, sometimes with nutmeg. Chocolate Bouquet.

One ounce American Chocolate Syrup, 1 ounce American Orangeade Syrup, in a large soda glass. Add cream or ice cream, and draw fine and coarse stream to fill glass.
