Root Beer Steins

4421 Every store sells soda nowadays. Competition has taught people to expect pure soda from a fine fountain.

Rose-Ade.

One ounce lemon syrup, I ounce grape juice in mineral glass, fill up with soda, stir well and serve.

Rosebud.

Two ounces strawberry juice, 1 ounce rose water, 29 ounces syrup, cochineal coloring to make reddish tint. Serve in usual way. Rose Celery Phosphate.

Straight raspberry phosphate with a dash of celery.

Rose Egg.

One-half ounce rose syrup, 1/2 ounce pineapple syrup, 1/2 ounce vanilla syrup, 1½ ounce orange syrup, 1 ounce of plain cream, 4 glass shaved ice. Shake, strain, toss and serve.
