Beet and Celery Salad (II)

Fresh Beets Celery Mayonnaise Lettuce Leaves Scoop out inside of beets boiled, cut the celery into bits and mix with the mayonnaise; fill the beets with this mixture and set in the ice until very cold. Garnish with lettuce leaves and serve.
