Save on Chocolate

In making cookies which call for chocolate and nuts, you find that there is still a considerable quantity of chocolate that can not be removed from the saucepan with the spatula or knife. But if you pour the chopped nuts into the saucepan and stir them around well, the remainder of the chocolate is salvaged and the pan left almost clean.-F. T. E., Concord, Mass.
