Lettuce Dressing

One saltspoonful of salt.

Half teaspoonful mustard.

A little sugar.

A little cayenne.

One-quarter teacup olive oil.

One tablespoonful of vinegar.

Mix thoroughly and do not put on the lettuce until ready to serve.
