Haddock, with Poached Eggs

Grill a haddock (see HADDOCK, BROILED), lay it on a hot dish, put a little butter, salt, and pepper over, and arrange some nicely-poached eggs on the fish. Sprinkle a little finely-minced parsley over, and serve.
