3 C sugar 2 T butter 1½ C milk 1/4 t cream of tartar 34 C shredded cocoanut 14 t vanilla Mix sugar and milk and bring to a boil; then add cream of tartar Remove from fire, add butter, cocoanut, Drop from spoon to oiled paper.
