1 quart of flour 1 tablespoon baking powder 1 tablespoon butter 1 quart warm milk 2 tablespoons sugar Pinch of salt Sift flour and baking powder together, then stir in the milk in which the butter has been melted. If too stiff, add milk until it is as light as a cup cake batter. Bake in a quick oven.
