INGREDIENTS. -Walnuts, liqueur, clarified sugar, lemon.

Proceed in the same manner as in the preceding recipe for Candied Chestnuts, but CAPER SAUCE. flavour the sugar with a little Benedictine or other liqueur. A flavouring can also be given to the chestnuts in the same way.
