Lemon Filling

3/4 cup water 1/4 cup sugar Juice 1/2 lemon Rind 1/2 lemon Bring these to a boil and then stir in 1/4 cup of sugar and 2 tablespoons of flour mixed together. Take from fire, add 1 egg well beaten, 1 teaspoon of butter; set back on fire until egg is set.
