American Soda Foam

Pepto Limetta.

One-half ounce lime juice, 1/2 ounce lemon syrup, I dram essence of pepsin. Stir while adding hot water.

Pepsin and Lime Juice. (See Lime Juice and Pepsin.) Pepsin Phosphate.

Shaven ice, ½ tumblerful; lime syrup, I ounce; liquid pepsin, 3 dashes; curacoa cordial, 2 dashes; plain soda, 6 ounces. Stir, strain and serve in a mineral tumbler.
