American Soda Foam (IV)

Scorcher's Delight.

I quart 3 quarts I ounce One-half glass shaved ice, 5 dashes liquid phosphate, 3 dashes compound tincture of cardamom, 11/2 ounces vanilla syrup. Add soda, stir, strain and serve with straws.

Seltzer Lemonade.

Juice of 1 lemon, I tablespoonful powdered sugar, 4 glass cracked ice. Stir with spoon and fill with seltzer water. Stir again, strain and serve with straws.

Sherbet Syrup.
