2 ounces 2 ounces 10 lbs.
I gallon 9 gallons Mix and charge to 150 pounds. Dose, 6 ounces every half hour. Get your fountain ready each day before the first customer arrives. Phosphate Solution. (See Grape Phosphate.) Phroso.
Ginger syrup, I ounce; lemon syrup, I ounce; Jamaica rum, I dash; angostura bitters, I dash; I egg; acid phosphate to suit; cracked ice. Shake well together, strain, add fine stream and serve with nutmeg and straw.
Pineapple-Ade.
This had a great sale last year in Atlantic City.
Take I pint pineapple concentrated syrup, I pint orange concentrated syrup, add 8 quarts water, in punch bowl with ice. Add juice 4 lemons. Slice I lemon fine and a handful of pieces of pineapple fruit, and float on the top. Pineapple Bon-Bon.
A Southern Dainty.
Fill a phosphate or sherbet glass nearly full of finely shaved ice, add a ladleful of American Crushed Pineapple from bowl on counter. Place a spoonful of ice cream on top, and serve with a sherbet spoon. Can also be made with any other flavor American Crushed Fruit.
Pineapple Cardinal.
Two ounces pineapple syrup, 1 ounce Catawba syrup, 2 ounces shaved ice. Half fill with coarse stream, stir, and fill with fine stream. Pineapple Floss Syrup.
