Hock Wine

I quart I quart 4 ounces American Beauty.

One-half ounce rose syrup, I ounce pineapple syrup, 4 dashes port wine, 1 egg, 2 ounces plain cream, 4 glass ice. Shake, strain, toss and serve. American Frappe.

One ounce mint syrup, I ounce wintergreen syrup, I ounce sweet cream, ladleful of soft ice cream. Shake well, strain, use fine stream soda, serve in regular frappe style, top with whipped cream.

American Lemonade.

One ounce orange syrup, I ounce lemon syrup, I teaspoonful powdered sugar, I dash acid solution phosphate, 1/3 glass shaved ice. Fill with coarse stream. Add slice of orange and run two straws through it. Ammonia Cocktail.
