8 fluid ounces 24 fluid ounces Calisaya Elixir.

This is a Fine Tonic.

Draw 1/2 ounces American Calisaya Elixir in a mineral glass, add dash of phosphate, and fill glass with solid soda.

Cantaloupe Cream.

Some Trouble, but Worth It.

Cut a small nutmeg cantaloupe in half. Remove the seeds and fill with ice cream. Serve on thin china plate with spoon with maraschino cherries on each half. Of course cantaloupes should be kept ice cold. Caramel Color.

Use I to 2 ounces to each gallon of syrup requiring an amber color. Carbonated Cream.
