Simple Syrup (VIII)

Orange Phosphate.

I ounce I dash I pint I gallon Serve in small, thin tumblers. Add a few squirts of acid phosphate to each glass as drawn.

Orange Snow.

Three whole eggs, 14 sheet or I teaspoonful gelatin, 3½ quarts milk and water, 1½ pint prepared orange, 2 ounces acid solution phosphates. Sweeten to suit taste.

Orange Spray.

One egg; orange syrup, I ounce; orange bitters, 2 dashes; sweet cream, I ounce .

Glass ½ full ice; shake and use fine stream soda. Top off with nutmeg.

Orange Flower Syrup.
