Vanilla Syrup (Ounces Garnish top with Cr me)

Cream Freeze.
One-half glass shaved ice, 3 spoonfuls ice cream, 2 ounces orgeat or pistachio syrup. Shake, fill with soda, mix with spoon.
Cream Nectar.
To 2 quarts of sweet cream add 2 pounds of pulverized sugar and stir until dissolved. Add I quart orange syrup, I quart pineapple sugar syrup, and a dissolved. Add I quart orange syrup, I quart pineapple syrup, and a few drops vanilla extract. Color a pretty pink. Mix thoroughly and draw in a large soda glass with fine and coarse stream. Also drawn with ice cream.

Break a fresh egg into a shaker, draw an ounce of American Orange Syrup, add a good-sized spoonful of ice cream, and shake very thoroughly .
Then without straining, fill the shaker with fine stream. Pour from shaker to glass, top with grated nutmeg, and serve with a straw. Chocolate cream puff and coffee cream puff are also very fine. Made by using the syrups named instead of orange.
