If you desire chocolate and have only cocoa on hand remember that cocoa plus fat equals chocolate. Two tablespoonsful of cocoa and a teaspoonful of butter mixed will give approximately the food value of an ounce of chocolate. The flavor is almost exactly the same as that of chocolate.
