Tomato Sauce

1 tablespoon Karo, Blue Label 1/3 teaspoon salt 2 tablespoons sliced onion 1/2 clove of garlic 1/4 teaspoon pickle spice 2 cups canned tomato Few grains pepper 3 tablespoons Argo or Kingsford's Cornstarch 2 tablespoons Mazola Combine the tomato, onion, garlic, Karo and seasonings and simmer twenty minutes. Rub through a sieve and thicken with the cornstarch creamed with the Mazola. Serve with any kind of white fish, meat or fish croquettes or with poached eggs.
