1 cup cooked carrots (mashed) ½ cup sugar 2 eggs 1 pint sweet milk 2 tablespoons molasses 1 teaspoon cinnamon ½ teaspoon ginger.
Bake in one crust. Molasses may be omitted. 2 eggs 1 cup sugar
