Lemon Jelly

1/2 box or 2 tablespoons gelatine 1 cup cold water 1 cup lemon juice 11/2 cup boiling water 3/4 cup sugar Soak the gelatine in the cold water for five minutes; then pour on the boiling water; add the sugar and stir until dissolved and cooled. Then add the lemon juice; strain through sterilized cheesecloth and set aside in a cool place until stiff.
