I quart 3 quarts : :

I ounce Mexican Moselle.

One ounce of moselle syrup, juice of 1 orange, 14 glass shaved ice, few drops peppermint essence. Twelve-ounce glass. Fill with coarse stream, add slice of pineapple or crushed pineapple. Straws. Mexican Sundae.

Ginger cordial syrup, mix with ginger fruit, pour over vanilla ice cream, sprinkle cinnamon over. Serve in sundae cup and top off with maraschino cherries. "Quality rather than variety will make the reputation of the soda department of your business." Mid-Day Lunch.

One ounce chocolate syrup, I ounce vanilla syrup, 2 ounces cream, 2 spoonfuls of malted milk, I egg. Shake and serve with a dainty wafer. Mignonette.

Make a seltzer lemonade. Hold spoon in center of glass and pour in 1/2 ounce claret wine so that it floats on top. Place a spray of mignonette on top.

Milk Punch Syrup.
