Powdered Sugar (I tumblerful I tablespoonful)

I 1½ tumblerful I tablespoonful Shake thoroughly, then add seltzer water or plain soda to fill glass. Top with slice of lemon and a maraschino cherry, and serve with a straw. Lemonade with Lime.

The proper way to prepare this drink is to make a plain or soda lemonade, only in place of using the juice of a whole lemon substitute the juice of half a lime and half a lemon, or a small quantity of American Lime Juice may be substituted in any of these drinks in place of the fresh expressed juice.
