Santa Croix Rum (Mix thoroughly)

Mix thoroughly.

Egg Phosphate Syrup.

Special. 2 pints I pint 6 drams 4 drams 2 ounces I quart I pint 4 ounces I ounce No soda water dealer can prepare all his fruit, concentrated syrups, or crushed fruits and make them as good or as cheaply as he can procure them from reputable manufacturers. 4 Egg Punch.

Break 1 egg in mixing glass, add 1 ounce Catawba syrup, 1/2 ounces brandy syrup, 2 ounces plain cream, shake well with ice and use fine stream ; serve in bell glass.

Egg Royal.

Same as egg cider, using American Unfermented Grape Juice instead of cider.

Egg Sauer.

Two ounces of the mixed syrups used in the egg phosphate described above, a little water, ice, dash of maraschino cordial; shake, add 1 egg and soda.

Egg Strawberry.

One egg in mixing glass, add 2 ounces of strawberry syrup, 2 ounces plain cream, shake well with ice; use fine stream and serve in bell glass. Egg Tonic.
