Soda Water

I 1/2 ounces 6 ounces Shake with cracked ice, in vented shaker, -American Egg Phosphate Shaker.

Ginger Fizz.

One gallon of simple syrup, 3 ounces of extract of ginger, 2 ounces of lemon extract, I ounce of citric acid solution. In using the above, draw two extract, I ounce of citric acid solution. In using the above, draw two ounces in a soda glass and fill with soda; add 1 teaspoonful of icing sugar, and stir with spoon.

Ginger Frui-Tana.

One ounce ginger frui-tana syrup, 3 dashes essence ginger. Add hot soda and a slice of lemon. To make the ginger frui-tana syrup take 6 ounces a slice of lemon. To make the ginger frui-tana syrup take 6 ounces soluble essence of ginger, 8 ounces pineapple juice, 1 ounce foam extract, 2 drams fruit acid, I gallon simple syrup. Mix well.

Get your fountain ready each day before the first customer arrives: Ginger Mint.

Prepare a syrup of 1/2 ounce peppermint essence, 2 ounces ginger essence, sufficient water, enough syrup to make 32 ounces, 1/2 ounce magnesium carbonate. Mix peppermint intimately with magnesium carbonate, add 2 ounces water, mix, filter, add through the filter enough water to make 2 ounces of filtrate. Add the remaining ingredients and serve like ginger ale syrup.

Ginger Puff.

Ginger syrup, I ounce; lemon syrup, 1/2 ounce; cream syrup, 1/2 ounce; whipped cream, I spoonful. Half fill a 12-ounce glass with carbonated water, using coarse and fine streams, and then fill with ginger ale on draft. Ginger Syrup.
