Vanilla Syrup (Tumblerful ounces Milk)

1½ tumblerful 2 ounces 2 " 2 " 2 Milk sufficient to fill tumbler.

Shake well, add soda water, fine stream, and pour from tumbler to shaker several times. Serve in a 14-ounce tumbler with straws. Don't forget that soda is not like an ordinary purchase. People require some things, but they must be tempted to soda.

Morning Dew.

Make a syrup of 4 drams brandy, I dram sweet Catawba wine, I dram clove essence, I dram blood orange extract, 2 drams rose essence, I ounce strawberry juice, I ounce pineapple juice, sufficient gum foam and simple syrup enough to make one-half gallon.

Morocco Punch.

One egg, 1/2 ounces vanilla syrup, 4 dashes brandy, 2 ounces plain cream, I teaspoonful malted milk, 4 glass ice. Shake, strain, toss and serve. Top with nutmeg.

Mountain Nectar.

One-half ounce pure cream, 1/2 ounce orange syrup, 1/2 ounce vanilla syrup, 1 glass shaved ice. Shake well and add enough plain soda to fill the glass, and serve with nutmeg.
