To gain weight there are other things besides eating that should be taken into consideration.

It is necessary to drink enough to give the body a sufficient amount of fluid to balance the food intake. It is never well to drink to excess, but those who are gaining weight can with benefit drink an additional glass or two of water or fruit punch each day.
