American Lime Juice

Is too well known to need much description here. Its healthful properties are well known in the tropics. It is a very profitable article and should be more universally used at soda fountains and in larger quantities than at present. It comes in cases, 2 dozen pints, I dozen quarts, and gallon bottles.

No soda water dealer can prepare all his fruit, concentrated syrups, or crushed fruits and make them as good or as cheaply as he can procure them from reputable manufacturers.

Acid Phosphate.

American Acid Phosphate is unexcelled. It should be dispensed from an essence bottle, about one dram or teaspoonful to a tumbler, after drawing the desired syrup.

Acid Phosphate from Citric Phosphate.

Make a solution the same as if with citric acid.
