Coffee jelly with chipped cream, jelly made of Kaffee Hag or Sanka

In these menus butter may be used when desired, whether mentioned or not. The same is true of salad dressings. Salads may be dressed to suit, but it is best to omit vinegar, using instead lemon juice or some other tart fruit juice.
